Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the way that Style Me Luxe deals with Online Sales , Warranty claims for faulty goods and Returns in general for any other reason. So please read this document prior to purchase and only purchase if you are in agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
Online Return Policy
At Stylemeluxe we take pride in great customer service, with this in mind it is of top importance to us that customers are satisfied with the fit and quality of garments and accessories we sell. All stock is individually inspected for faults and quality before shipping , however we understand that at times the item may not fit like you wanted and therefore you need to exchange. Keep in mind we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.
For goods to be returned for any reason they must be unworn , no evidence of makeup , fake tan , smell of deodorant or washing powder , all original swing tags must be attached . If packaged then returned as supplied in that packaging
In the unlikely case you have been shipped damaged , faulty or incorrectly supplied items , email us immediately and we will let tell you how to proceed . Goods are only valid for refund if the item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault. This does not include “wear and tear” , for example , Knitwear that has threads pulled due to damage by jewellery or other object , Delicate fabrics like silk or manmade fibres with a loose weave , these garments need to be worn with care as seams may pull with rough handling , this will not be considered as a manufacturing fault. If an item has “Delicate Fabric” this will be stated in the item description.
If an item is faulty we will offer you a few solutions. We will either Repair the item for you or Refund you the purchase price (onto the card used for purchase) or Exchange for another item . Please keep in mind, as our stock moves quickly, should we need to replace an item for any reason we cannot always guarantee that particular stock will still be available
We offer “Afterpay” as one methods of Checking Out of the Web store. If you use Afterpay and need to return the item to us for any reason , then continue to make your regular payments to Afterpay , and in the mean time we will deal with your return as outlined in this document.
Regarding postage costs for returns, we strongly suggest you post with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for losses in the mail. If we find returned goods are faulty then we will post back to you at our expense, if you are exchanging items for any other reason we charge you postage for returning goods to you . To avoid delays for item exchanges please include a pre paid post bag.
Return of goods considered faulty or not what you bought
In this case, follow the steps below
Contact us by email promptly to let us know of the problem.
Post back the item to us within 10 days of receiving your parcel.
Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect the item , if we agree it is faulty we will either repair or replace and post back to you , offer you a credit note or refund you the cost of the item, and all postage.
Return of goods for reasons other than faulty
In this case, follow the steps below
Contact us by email to let us know of the problem
Post back the item to us within 10 days of completing your purchase
Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect the item and validate the refund, we will then offer you an exchange item or a credit note. We will post back to you at your expense.

Please note, if you purchased in our Online Store then all returns must be posted to the Post Box above. Online returns can only be made to the store if the shipping was on a "Click and Collect"basis . Should you need to return something , please return within 7 days of pickup . Other than that then all returns are made to the mail box , please.
"Click and Collect" : Online customers who select their shipping method as Click and Collect. Please join us in store at 32 Farrant Street , Stafford Heights , Brisbane . Qld . Purchases will be available in store immediatly the sale is complete.
Cancellation of Orders
If for any reason Style Me Luxe is unable to supply goods that were either purchased through the online store, or may form part of a replacement for any type of return of goods accepted by the company, then Style Me Luxe reserves the right to cancel the order. If an order was cancelled, the customer will be contacted immediately and an alternative product offered or a refund, store credit offered.
Style Me Luxe respects your privacy and as such we do not divulge any information retained in our customer database to any 3rd party. Information retained in our data base will only be used internally within our company and then only for the direct benefit of the customer. We are bound by the provisions of the “Privacy Act 1988 including Australian Privacy Principals”
Security of Purchase and Fraud
Style Me Luxe uses “Eway” as a secure payment gateway to capture Credit Card payments , if at any stage we are concerned that any transaction may be Fraudulent we will contact the customer by email and may confirm particular details of the transaction. If we do not get a response to our enquires or we receive an unsatisfactory response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Shipping within Australia
We offer a standard postage service via Australia Post for each order , cost for this is $9.00. Should you wish we can also Express Post via Australia Post at $10.50 per order . All of our shipping has a tracking number and we will email this detail to you once the item is posted . We endeavour to have orders mailed within 24 hours during the working week , orders placed over the weekend will be posted on Monday.
We will send overseas to selected countries, we offer a flat rate of $25.00 for standard economy air mail . Should you wish to have another service please email us and we will get you a quote. All overseas shipping will have a tracking number which will be forwarded to you once posting has been completed .
